General Booking Terms
- Bookings must be made in writing via WhatsApp or email.
- Confirmed bookings will be invoiced, with full payment due 30 days before check-in.
- Banking details will be provided in the reservation confirmation.
- Transaction fees are the responsibility of the payer/depositor.
Please note: Guestfarm Ombe does not have a credit card facility. For additional payments (drinks/activities), cash or direct deposit is accepted.
Cancellation Policy for Confirmed Bookings:
- 30 – 21 days before stay: 50% cancellation fee
- 20 – 1 days before stay: 90% cancellation fee
- No Show: 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation & Liability
Cancellation fees will only be waived under the following circumstances:
- Force majeure situations or official government lockdowns
- Medical reasons with a valid medical certificate
- No liability is accepted for loss, injuries, accidents, or delays.
We recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance. - If traveling with children, please check the specific entry requirements for minors into Namibia.
