General Booking Terms

  • Bookings must be made in writing via WhatsApp or email.
  • Confirmed bookings will be invoiced, with full payment due 30 days before check-in.
  • Banking details will be provided in the reservation confirmation.
  • Transaction fees are the responsibility of the payer/depositor.

Please note: Guestfarm Ombe does not have a credit card facility. For additional payments (drinks/activities), cash or direct deposit is accepted.

Cancellation Policy for Confirmed Bookings:

  • 30 – 21 days before stay: 50% cancellation fee
  • 20 – 1 days before stay: 90% cancellation fee
  • No Show: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellation & Liability

Cancellation fees will only be waived under the following circumstances:

  • Force majeure situations or official government lockdowns
  • Medical reasons with a valid medical certificate
  • No liability is accepted for loss, injuries, accidents, or delays.
    We recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance.
  • If traveling with children, please check the specific entry requirements for minors into Namibia.
